Hyatt

Global experiences, impactful presence.

A brand that needs no introduction, but we’ll give them one anyway! Hyatt Australia is the Australian arm of the worldwide Hyatt Hotels and Resorts corporation, offering luxury accommodation for their various brands across the globe. We’ve worked alongside Hyatt since 2018, across a multitude of their brands, including Hyatt Place, Hyatt Meetings and Events (MICE) and Hyatt Weddings. Their goals?

Well, there are a few parts (or should we say brands) to this story, let’s break them down.

Hyatt Place Hotel wanted marketing support for their full time team who were super busy making things happen on the ground. They knew they needed a team of experts to roll out marketing and communications strategy and campaigns, and promote their hotel as a go-to destination for corporate travel and mini-staycations. And yep you guessed it, we became that team of experts!

And Hyatt Australia? They saw an opportunity to showcase all of their amazing wedding venues in one place. They came together, strategised and decided that they wanted to create a website that housed all things weddings to position themselves as wedding experts and, of course, showcase their beautiful wedding venues in each city and hotel, across Australia.

A year later, Hyatt Australia were back with another new goal - to produce a website similar to their Hyatt Weddings but for the corporate market. A place for them to showcase their incredible meetings and events spaces to the (MICE) industry.

Enter Inka

For Hyatt Place, we became an extension of their team, acting as their marketing communications department. More specifically though, we created and implemented an ongoing marketing strategy that included events, influencer partnerships, video creation, photography, creative direction, graphic design and PR + Marketing campaigns.

And for Hyatt Australia, we helped them showcase the breadth of their events + wedding offerings in two curated and content rich websites - Hyatt Weddings and Hyatt Meeting and Events. We’re talking site maps, content creation, copywriting, web design... the whole 9 yards.

What happened next?

For Hyatt Place, it was all about lending that helping hand. They had someone to call on for everything that needed, from graphic design to package ideas, to management of campaigns, allowing their sales team to really focus on selling the hotel and getting bookings. Working closely with the team at Hyatt Place allowed us to focus on all of the details that make a brand memorable, from menus to advertisements, to what was in the rooms on arrival, everything was on brand and speaking to Hyatt Place’s audience. Together we developed creative ideas and strategies that  saw events booked out, enquiries rolling in and brand alignment with key ambassadors/partners elevating the brand’s perception.
