Ziggy’s Eatery is a vibrant casual dining restaurant chain with a touch of rebellion, a passion for family, and carefully crafted, quality fast food. At Ziggy’s there’s a real sense of community, making it stand out from your classic burger chain. There’s good vibes, authentic people, great food and quality ingredients. Ziggy’s have taken the classic American style burger joint and elevated it with their own unique Ziggy’s twist.

Their goals?

Ziggy’s wanted to build awareness, grow their business and get more people walking through their doors, much like most businesses we work with. But of course, a unique brand has some unique goals too, like pushing the boundaries and getting up to some creative and crazy shenanigans to get people talking about their brand. Above all else though, Ziggy’s always wanted to share the story of their great food and even greater people.

As always, we got started with a thorough Brand Strategy to make sure that each and every thing we did for them was informed by their goals, their vision, their mission and their purpose. Then we leaned into the opportunity to create something different and make some noise. We cooked up a bunch of kooky campaigns, fun influencer and brand partnerships, and engaging events, including a competition that saw Melbourne’s top foodie influencers covered in Ziggy’s famous sauces and delicious beer and burger tastings with some of Australia’s favourite breweries. We also sprinkled in some brand photography, collateral design and exciting PR outreach. Boy oh boy, it was a whole lotta fun flexing our creative muscles with the Ziggy’s crew.

 

What happened next?

We got people talking, which is exactly what Ziggy’s wanted. More people talking about the brand online, more people talking about the food, more people falling in love with the Ziggy’s story and everything that they stand for. And not only did they fall in love with their story, they wanted to experience that story, taste those burgers and be a part of the Ziggy’s family. We really lent into everything that made Ziggy’s different and ran with it, amassing a bunch of loyal fans and lots of positive attention. The unique campaigns and engaging content created helped Ziggy’s stand out in a saturated market and better connect and have fun with their audience.
